Welcome to my Club Cortile 4 Bedroom Townhouse. This spacious townhouse is located just 5 miles away from Disney. In this feature packed gated resort you will find a 4000sq/ft clubhouse with swimming pool, hot tub, theater room, fitness center, basketball court, tennis court, children playground, and a beaitful lake!
Once you enter my townhouse you will be greeted with the spacious living room and open kitchen. Right by the living room are huge windows where you can enjoy the beaitful lake view. There is one bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor, and 3 more bedrooms on the second floor consisting of 1 king bed and 4 twin beds. The master ensuite includes a huge bathroom with jetted tub and shower, as well as a walk in closet! All mattresses are of the highest quality, guaranteed to recharge you from a day in the parks. This unit also come with 3 full bathrooms.
Our furnished kitchen is fully stocked to handle the biggest party you can ever throw. Coffee maker, toaster, and blender are just some of many appliances you will find in the kitchen. In order to make this your home away from home, we also provide hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and full size washer and dryer.
We have LCD HDTV with digital cable throughout the unit. For even more fun, we include a DVD Player and Nintendo Wii, perfect for entertaining guests of all ages!
This unit is baby ready! We provide baby high chair, stroller, crib, and baby gate for your use free of charge! Need more than one? Simply contact us and we will have it arranged for you!

Security and Convenience:
Checking in late at night? No problem! In fact you don't even have to check in at all, just go straight to the unit! All our units are equipped with Keyless Digital deadbolt, as keys are simply too unsafe and inconvenient. No more picking up or droping off keys at the office, no more loosing keys in the park, no more unauthorized entry to the unit with copied keys. The secured digital access code will be sent to you one week prior to your arrival. You can even choose to set your own passcode during your stay!

Beware of false advertisement: Some dishonest owners would often tell you their property has the best amenities of the world, but at the last moment all those special features would suddenly become unavailable. Some won't even mention it until you found out yourself when you arrive. After all, what can you do when you have already paid them and checked in to find out the pictures don't match or the amenities are not available. They would just come up with a list of excuses to make sure they keep their money while you have your terrible vacation.
Security: Many owners are still using the old, and dangerous, key in a lock box method. This is when owner install a lock box outside the front door, where they would store the actual key for the property. The lock box is accessible with a 4 to 5 digit pass code, but most owner would change the code only once in a few months. With the old method, there are so many ways for strangers or even criminals to enter the property without your authorization. The last thing you would want is to enjoy a day in the park while all your belongings are being stolen. With our digital electronic lock system designed for vacation homes, only you will have access to the property during your stay. All codes from previous guest will expire once they check out. No unauthorized copies of the keys can be made so no one will have access except for you! Also you will no longer have to worry about losing the key, and you can even set your own temporary password during your stay!
Price War: While every one is always shopping for the best possible deals, when it comes to entertainment, cheap does not always equal to good. When you pay $50 for a steak, you have certain expectations. But what if the restaurant is only charging you $10 for the meal? How would you expect your food to turn out? Business is business, in order to charge you less, owners will have to spend less. Spend less on furnitures, less on service, less on security, less on making sure you have the best vacation experience!

There were 6 adults and 2 small children and we had more than enough room. Everything you could need was there and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The unit look exactly as pictured. Clement was very quick in his responses and made sure we had a great trip. I would definitely rent this house again or try the other houses he also own in the area. It was 6 miles to Disney and took about 15 minutes to get there. It was easy to get to Disney, Sea World, the ocean, Wal-mart, etc. Great location in a private neighbourhood. The pool was not heated so it was a bit cool during our stay. We do plan on vacationing in Florida again and wouldn't hesitate to book this rental again! |
