Beware of false advertisement: Some dishonest owners would often tell you their property has the best amenities of the world, but at the last moment all those special features would suddenly become unavailable. Some won't even mention it until you found out yourself when you arrive. After all, what can you do when you have already paid them and checked in to find out the pictures don't match or the amenities are not available. They would just come up with a list of excuses to make sure they keep their money while you have your terrible vacation.
Security: Many owners are still using the old, and dangerous, key in a lock box method. This is when owner install a lock box outside the front door, where they would store the actual key for the property. The lock box is accessible with a 4 to 5 digit pass code, but most owner would change the code only once in a few months. With the old method, there are so many ways for strangers or even criminals to enter the property without your authorization. The last thing you would want is to enjoy a day in the park while all your belongings are being stolen. With our digital electronic lock system designed for vacation homes, only you will have access to the property during your stay. All codes from previous guest will expire once they check out. No unauthorized copies of the keys can be made so no one will have access except for you! Also you will no longer have to worry about losing the key, and you can even set your own temporary password during your stay!
Price War: While every one is always shopping for the best possible deals, when it comes to entertainment, cheap does not always equal to good. When you pay $50 for a steak, you have certain expectations. But what if the restaurant is only charging you $10 for the meal? How would you expect your food to turn out? Business is business, in order to charge you less, owners will have to spend less. Spend less on furnitures, less on service, less on security, less on making sure you have the best vacation experience!

He was quick with responses and very accommodating. The two places we stayed, both his properties, were nice, clean, and as advertised. We had seven people ( 4 women) and the three bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen was adequate, though there wasnt a pizza pan or wine opener. I think there was in the first location we were in, so probably every location will have slightly different provisions. We were able to make a few complete meals there quite easily. We did not use the hottub as we were plenty tired when we got back from the parks each day. Looked good though. Only a 15-20 minute drive to the parks. Close enough to the airport, and plenty of nice shopping nearby. You will need a car at this location, but we enjoyed it so much. |

This place was big, and everyone seemed to get private time when it was needed. Except my grandmother which shared a room with our DD2. The house was very very clean, and decorated nicely. The only thing that irritated me was the fitted sheet in the master. It seemed to always pop off. It took us 20 min to get to and from Disney if we hit ALL the lights. My husband is a Marine Corps veteran, and has OCD he even commented on how clean it was. I also emailed on several occasions, very quick to respond. We plan on staying again shortly. |

The unit was exactly what we expected from the pictures on the web site. The unit was clean, quiet and near everything we wanted to do while in Florida (Disney and Universal Studios).
The property manager was kind and helpful. The coffee pot in the unit was not working and he replaced it the same day that we reported it. We asked him if he would recommend a place that was close and served great Chinese food. His recommendation was excellent.
Renting the unit was easy on -line and my security deposit was quickly refunded after we ended our vacation. |

It was very clean and well appointed.Everything went without a hitch. Clement and Mario are very easy to deal with, and made our first time renting a vacation home a breeze.
It's really nice when you have a couple of children that are tired from the parks all day, to be able to go to another room or part of the house to relax and wind down.You just can't do that in a one room hotel.Being able to cook our own meals was a bonus as well. The house is close enough so you can come home midday from the parks for a little rest and a meal, then go to another park for the afternoon/evening.Not having to buy meals inside the park or eating out everynight is quite a money saver.There's a super walmart less than 3 Minutes down the road, that has everything you need like, groceries, clothing,beer, wine, etc.

When we arrived we found that the townhouse was even better then we expected. It was very clean, spacious and welcoming. We loved having a nice place to go home to and relax after a busy day at Disney. Everything that we needed was close by but we felt that the townhouse was still not in an area that was too busy. I would recommend this place to anyone that was going to Florida to enjoy all that Disney has to offer or to just get away and relax. |

It was just perfect for our family. The house was so clean and comfortable. Our little girls enjoyed playing in the playground and swimming pool and slept very well while we were there – the best they’ve ever slept on a trip. I enjoyed how quiet and cozy the house was and how well it was equipped. The kitchen was perfect. I had no problem making meals and enjoyed all the appliances and amenities you had provided. We hope to come back to your home again this year!

Everything is very new and clean. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. Actually even better then home with the hot tub! It was very spacious and comfy. The location was perfect. The area was nice, quiet and very convenient. We look forward to many more vacation get-a-ways at this property.
My kids love the Nintendo Wii and the big screen HDTV. |

This fabulous townhome is incredibly well equipped for everything! The entire home was immaculate. This community is very quiet, which is good for my parents while it is also very close for us to take the kids to the parks and attractions! Thank you for the hospitable 'classy' home away from home. We cannot wait to return!
