Looking for a restful and comfortable stay? You have come to the right place! This 3 bedroom townhouse is located in the Crestwynd Bay resort, just 1.5 miles away from Disney. This gated community features a community pool, nature trails, and children playgrounds. Why pay for an expensive hotel room when you can have the whole house all to yourself, while paying less!
This professionally furnished and managed 3 bedroom unit includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. All beds come with the highest quality mattresses, guaranteed to recharge you from a day in the parks. There is also a convertible sofa bed in the living room. This unit also comes with 3 full baths, so fighting for bathrooms will become a thing in the past!
Love to cook? No problem! Our fully furnished kitchen will handle it no problem. We have enough cooking and eating utensils for the biggest party you can ever throw. Coffee maker, toaster, and blender are just some of many appliances you will find in the kitchen. My name is Clement, and I personally own and manage all the units that you see in this website. I hand picked all the furnitures, decorations, and even wall colors! I try to make sure you feel totally at home when you stay at my vacation homes.

Beware of false advertisement: Some dishonest owners would often tell you their property has the best amenities of the world, but at the last moment all those special features would suddenly become unavailable. Some won't even mention it until you found out yourself when you arrive. After all, what can you do when you have already paid them and checked in to find out the pictures don't match or the amenities are not available. They would just come up with a list of excuses to make sure they keep their money while you have your terrible vacation.
Security: Many owners are still using the old, and dangerous, key in a lock box method. This is when owner installs a lock box outside the front door, where they would store the actual key for the property. The lock box is accessible with a 4 to 5 digit pass code, but most owner would change the code only once in a few months. With the old method, there are so many ways for strangers or even criminals to enter the property without your authorization. The last thing you would want is to enjoy a day in the park while all your belongings are being stolen. With our digital electronic lock system designed for vacation homes, only you will have access to the property during your stay. All codes from previous guest will expire once they check out. No unauthorized copies of the keys can be made so no one will have access except for you! Also you will no longer have to worry about losing the key, and you can even set your own temporary password during your stay!
Price War: While every one is always shopping for the best possible deals, when it comes to entertainment, cheap does not always equal to good. When you pay $50 for a steak, you have certain expectations. But what if the restaurant is only charging you $10 for the meal? How would you expect your food to turn out? Business is business, in order to charge you less, owners will have to spend less. Spend less on furnitures, less on service, less on security, less on making sure you have the best vacation experience!

Like the other reviews state the unit is a very clean and lovely place to come back to after spending hours in the parks. We found everything we needed in the townhouse, and the kids were happy to spend time in the swimming pool. One of the best part is the the location as it is extremely close to lots of shops and restaurants, and Disney are just a 10 to 15 minute drive away. We have been very happy with our choice and we hope to return soon! |

The location is great, and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Resturants and shopping is just minutes away, and the condo was very clean. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is fantastic due to the fact that you can pack light and just do laudry every couple of days. And having a kitchen is a real money saver due to the fact that we were able to eat breakfast before hitting the parks and then could make dinner at night if we so desired. The only thing that I would change would be to update the cookware a bit (but who goes on vacation to cook any way). And there was some minor repairs that need to be done. But I would most definately stay there again. |

Amazing time, townhouse was beautiful and had everything we needed, was cosy and homely and we was made to feel very welcome. Everyone was so friendly.
Very close to Disney and all other attractions, looking to come back in October as loved it so much!! Would defiantly recommend it :)

The place was spotless just perfect for our family. There is a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. The location was great. It would only be a few minutes drive to all amenities (groceries, fast foods, liquor store, bank...) We were traveling with two younger children (4 and 7) so Disney was were we spent most of our time. Having a full kitchen was also great because it allowed us to save on restaurant meals (Disney can be expensive!). Everyone loved the place. Travelling with a large family is not necessarily easy but this had everything we were looking for. We were super close to all the Disney attractions and were able to enjoy the community pool as well (which was never crowded!). The property is very well kept, clean and nicely decorated! |

The home especially the kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed for your stay. Room sizes were each a great size. The house was so comfortable I even stayed home one night and watched a Disney blue ray movie on the large HDTV in the living room.
The neighborhood was quiet and secure. The house was child friendly and would work well for families as well as adult only groups such as mine. The owners were great even returning items I left in their town home and the transaction could not have been easier. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a very clean and comfortable place to stay right outside the gates of Disney. |
