Hampton Lakes of Davenport is a premier community conveniently located on US 27, in Polk County (just North of I4 and South of US 192).The community is nestled among oak tree line streets and boasts over 600 Palm trees which, adourn our wonderful community. Home sizes vary from 3 to 7 bed and are all professionally maintained inside and out. Each home has a private heated swimming pool and deck area. Community and communal facilities include a large swimming pool, two Childrens play areas, a volleyball court, two tennis courts, and two basketball courts. Access to all Orlando’s world famous attractions could not be easier, it only takes around 15 minutes by car to reach Walt Disney World.
Hampton Lake resort is close to some of the area’s best Golf Courses which cater to every skill level! Champions Gate – 7 minutes, Highlands Reserve – 3-4 minutes (crossing Hwy 27 ), Legends at Orange Lake - 6 minutes, Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club - 11 minutes, Mystic Dunes - 15 minutes, Southern Dunes - 18 minutes, Celebration Golf Club - 18 minutes, Falcon's Fire Golf Club - 20 minutes, Diamondback Golf Club - 25 minutes.

Beware of false advertisement: Some dishonest owners would often tell you their property has the best amenities of the world, but at the last moment all those special features would suddenly become unavailable. Some won't even mention it until you found out yourself when you arrive. After all, what can you do when you have already paid them and checked in to find out the pictures don't match or the amenities are not available. They would just come up with a list of excuses to make sure they keep their money while you have your terrible vacation.
Security: Many owners are still using the old, and dangerous, key in a lock box method. This is when owner install a lock box outside the front door, where they would store the actual key for the property. The lock box is accessible with a 4 to 5 digit pass code, but most owner would change the code only once in a few months. With the old method, there are so many ways for strangers or even criminals to enter the property without your authorization. The last thing you would want is to enjoy a day in the park while all your belongings are being stolen. With our digital electronic lock system designed for vacation homes, only you will have access to the property during your stay. All codes from previous guest will expire once they check out. No unauthorized copies of the keys can be made so no one will have access except for you! Also you will no longer have to worry about losing the key, and you can even set your own temporary password during your stay!
Price War: While every one is always shopping for the best possible deals, when it comes to entertainment, cheap does not always equal to good. When you pay $50 for a steak, you have certain expectations. But what if the restaurant is only charging you $10 for the meal? How would you expect your food to turn out? Business is business, in order to charge you less, owners will have to spend less. Spend less on furnitures, less on service, less on security, less on making sure you have the best vacation experience!

The house is beautiful and brand new, nice appliances, nice furniture. It's definitely more comfortable and affordable than most hotels, specially if you're going with a large group. It's close to supermarkets so you can also save some money instead eating all meals at restaurants.
The manager is very professional and friendly.
I will be back and will recommend it to family and friends.

My favourite feature of the house is the private screened pool. Location was excellent, close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Most importantly, it is only a few miles drive to Disney. This property saved us a lot of time and money with it being in a quiet and beautiful community, yet still close to everywhere we needed to be. Will definitely recommend to everyone. |

Location was great, just 10 to 20 minute drive to all the places we needed to visit. The house looked exactly as pictured, and is very nice, clean, and bright. Kitchen was fairly well equipped for us to prepare breakfast and dinner, and the beds were also very comfortable. Booking was very easy and straight forward. I was glad not having to deal with any fine prints or hidden fees. Will recommend to everyone. |

We had 9 in our party and everyone was very comfortable in the 5 bedrooms. Travel to the parks only took 15 minutes and shopping was extremely close. We particularly enjoyed cooling off in the private pool after long hot days at the parks. The house and furniture looked like it was brand new. (Clement mentioned that we were the very first renter since the renovation). We absolutely enjoyed this house and we all had a memorable vacation! Highly recommended! |
