Beware of false advertisement: Some dishonest owners would often tell you their property has the best amenities of the world, but at the last moment all those special features would suddenly become unavailable. Some won't even mention it until you found out yourself when you arrive. After all, what can you do when you have already paid them and checked in to find out the pictures don't match or the amenities are not available. They would just come up with a list of excuses to make sure they keep their money while you have your terrible vacation.
Security: Many owners are still using the old, and dangerous, key in a lock box method. This is when owner install a lock box outside the front door, where they would store the actual key for the property. The lock box is accessible with a 4 to 5 digit pass code, but most owner would change the code only once in a few months. With the old method, there are so many ways for strangers or even criminals to enter the property without your authorization. The last thing you would want is to enjoy a day in the park while all your belongings are being stolen. With our digital electronic lock system designed for vacation homes, only you will have access to the property during your stay. All codes from previous guest will expire once they check out. No unauthorized copies of the keys can be made so no one will have access except for you! Also you will no longer have to worry about losing the key, and you can even set your own temporary password during your stay!
Price War: While every one is always shopping for the best possible deals, when it comes to entertainment, cheap does not always equal to good. When you pay $50 for a steak, you have certain expectations. But what if the restaurant is only charging you $10 for the meal? How would you expect your food to turn out? Business is business, in order to charge you less, owners will have to spend less. Spend less on furnitures, less on service, less on security, less on making sure you have the best vacation experience!

First I was very nervous about renting a condo online but I decided to move forward with it after reading all of the excellent reviews. This vacation home is legit and all of the information/confirmations and instructions are sent via email for easy access. I just got an email this morning about the refun of my deposit :) Once you book your reservation you are provided with an onsite point of contact who you can contact at all times when your onsite with any questions about the condo etc. I had no problems getting a hold of this contact during my stay. Clement who is the owner provided driving instructions via email from the airport to the condo. From that point we just used our GPS to find the parks which was no trouble at all since they were all on the same path/with the exception of Universal Studios (still very close). This condo is literally about 20 minutes away from the airport and only 10 minutes away from the parks. I am so glad that we decided to stay off park where we could come back to a "home" environment with multiple bathrooms/bedrooms, kitchen and a living room rather than a small hotel room located on the park. The condo was bigger than anticipated, very new, clean and very modern. Clement obviously has great taste. We didn't have to check in or out with anyone as we were provided with an access code for keyless entry. Walmart and CVS are just down the street which also was very convenient. We were able to buy groceries, waters and snacks for our 5 day stay and saved alot of money. For those of you who are not aware...all the parks allows you to take a backpack with waters and light snacks (like beef jerfky, fruit, granolla bars etc). The only thing that I would suggest for this condo are memory foam mattress toppers. Although the mattresses are new they are not very soft and they have alot of bounce. I still slept comfortabley but I think that adding some mattress toppers would be a great addition. Would I stay again? Most definitly! :) Cheers! |

The weather was great and the accommodation was spacious. We got lost in the large property. It was everything we had hoped for and more. I would recommend it for any kind of family. Being on a gated community made it feel that bit safer and I would return again.

Excellent condition, very well-maintained, nice kitchen and bathroom areas, free wi-fi... it was exactly the type of place we were looking for and will hopefully stay again next time we come to the area.

Clean and updated interior. The location could not be beat. Only a couple miles to all parks. So much better than paying double at Disney. Clement answered all my questions before hand and the transaction was seamless. Target, Publix and many restaurants are close by too. |

The villa was everything and more than we were promised, very spacious, EXTREMELY CLEAN (MOST important to us) and well equipped (everything looks is NEW...new floors, carpet, paint, furniture), ideally located (near restaurants), close enough to all the attractions, especially DISNEY but far enough away to relax and escape the crowds. The villa is located in a QUIET, gated, NEWER, area, there is a community pool, which my children loved. When inside, they were occuppied with the Wii system and happy to have internet, because they brought their laptops. The owner Mr Clement was overly helpful since I had to find a villa that SAME DAY. He was quick with all email replies, he answered all telephone calls and was patient with me when I called 100times, even when I called in a panick because my PayPal credit card would not work. Honestly, thank you for your pateince & trusting us with your lovely home. "I WILL recommend this vacation rental to all my friends. Absolutely!" Thanks again Mr. Clement. |
