Beware of false advertisement: Some dishonest owners would often tell you their property has the best amenities of the world, but at the last moment all those special features would suddenly become unavailable. Some won't even mention it until you found out yourself when you arrive. After all, what can you do when you have already paid them and checked in to find out the pictures don't match or the amenities are not available. They would just come up with a list of excuses to make sure they keep their money while you have your terrible vacation.
Security: Many owners are still using the old, and dangerous, key in a lock box method. This is when owner install a lock box outside the front door, where they would store the actual key for the property. The lock box is accessible with a 4 to 5 digit pass code, but most owner would change the code only once in a few months. With the old method, there are so many ways for strangers or even criminals to enter the property without your authorization. The last thing you would want is to enjoy a day in the park while all your belongings are being stolen. With our digital electronic lock system designed for vacation homes, only you will have access to the property during your stay. All codes from previous guest will expire once they check out. No unauthorized copies of the keys can be made so no one will have access except for you! Also you will no longer have to worry about losing the key, and you can even set your own temporary password during your stay!
Price War: While every one is always shopping for the best possible deals, when it comes to entertainment, cheap does not always equal to good. When you pay $50 for a steak, you have certain expectations. But what if the restaurant is only charging you $10 for the meal? How would you expect your food to turn out? Business is business, in order to charge you less, owners will have to spend less. Spend less on furnitures, less on service, less on security, less on making sure you have the best vacation experience!

The condo was perfect, very well equipped, clean and in a great location for the attractions. Being a first time owner, I was skeptical at first, but the owner answered all my questions and make sure everything was perfect for us. I love to cook, so being able to cook while on a trip is a big plus. I manage to find most of what I need from the kitchen. Michael, my 5 year old, was so happy that he gets his own room with Cars themed bedding. It was a good memorable trip. I have already recommended this condo to many friends. |

Initially was abit concerned over the booking & condition of apartment as afraid that it's fraud. But seriously, my fears are simply non-existence.
The compound is secured within gates & required an access code. The unit is located at the ground floor which is v convenient. The second our party stepped into the unit, we all fall in love with it immediately. It was dressed in neat, cheerful colors & the space is generous!
The amentities look new & clean & it's v. v well kept. The individual bed rooms hold a unique theme. The supermarket & some shops are just right behind the compound within walking distance.
The only 'complaint' i had was the mgt didn't provide enough toilet rolls as there is only 1 per bathroom for our 5 nights stay. Of course, the next 'regret' is that we have to leave the place so soon.
It's definitely a v. close drive to the Disney World theme parks (about 10mins only). I would seriously recommend anyone to consider Clement apartment. You will not regret!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to work with Clement & those in the FL area when I needed help or had annoying questions! The condo was great...we found it to be a perfect location to visit Universal, Disney even the beach (Kennedy Space Center) was only about an hr away. A grocery store & dining was right outside of the Sun Lake complex. I think one of the only things that woke me was the garbage man collecting at 5am one morning, but other than that it was quiet near the back of the complex. You do need to take your own soaps for laundry & dishes...I don't know if that is a regular thing to do, but I purchased "pods" & took with us in plastic baggies & had no problem through airports...but again, there is a grocery store right outside the complex, very convenient! When we get back to the Orlando area, we will definitely stay in one of Clements places...a great first experience! Thank you |

Disney parks were a few minutes from the house, Id give 6 stars to this condo location also it has plenty of shopping and stores.
Rental staff is very kind and friendly, they took care of all our needs and questions.

It was raining so much that we were very desperate. The condo was like a little bit of sunshine when we entered. Indeed the condo is very well cleaned, comfortable, spacious. You can find all you need even with a baby (highchair, pack and play, stroller)! The condo is well situated (not far away from the different parks).
It is very easy to book the condo! We really had an amazing experience and we recommend it for holidays!

We loved the screened patio, excellent for the perfect weather. Comfortable beds with flat screen TVs. Very close to restaurants and shops within walkable distance. It is absolutely the best and we can’t think of anything we liked least. It’s a 5 star all the way. |
