As you enter, you'll be transported to a Florida oasis with bright natural light, warm blue hues and so much more. The living room, which overlooks the private pool, has plenty of seating for everyone on your vacation. With a 48” TV, you’ll be able to catch up on all of your favorite TV shows together and even host some movie nights. With the kitchen adjacent, you can always run over and grab a quick snack too! The kitchen has all the essentials from home for your vacation. A dining room and breakfast bar are there for you to enjoy all of your meals together. Whether you decide to cook up a 5-course meal or reheat leftovers from the night before, you can do it all right here. With a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home sleeps a total of 11 guests.The best part of this home is all of the conveniences. WiFi, as well as a washer and dryer, are here for you to use anytime. You can’t forget about the amazing back patio too. A private pool and spa await you here where you can splash and play all day long! If dry land is more your style, feel free to spend your time in the game room equipped with air hockey.

There is an additional optional charge plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Windsor Palms has a 7,500 square feet clubhouse containing a convenience store and comfortable lounge area. It has a fully equipped fitness room, and a games room with table tennis, pool tables, and arcade games. In addition to that wonderful array of facilities it even has it's very own 58 seat on-site cinema. A shuttle (small fee) to the major parks runs daily for those not wishing to drive. The more energetic guests will appreciate the convenience of two on-site tennis courts, basketball courts, and volleyball courts. The wonderful range of on-site activities is completed by a children's play area plus there is also a picnic and barbecue area.
